Discussion: MAKING THE HIRING DECISION
Here we are at the point of making a final hiring decision. What are all of the considerations that we need to review in order to decide who will get the job offer? What should we do if we end up with two final candidates who are essentially equal in all of our measures?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
