You have known Belinda since you were students together and now you work the same shift in the hospital. Although you were closer friends in school you still take lunch breaks together and meet outside of work occasionally to catch up. Belinda has confided in you that her recent divorce was very difficult but now that it's over, she has started dating again and in fact has been partying quite a bit. Several times you noticed that she has come to work looking hung over and today you smell alcohol on her breath and notice that she is not acting like herself.
