Leadership Problem
This problem is designed to create awareness and intentionality regarding your faith and/or ethical commitments. In 600 to 850 words (not including references), you must respond to the following prompts:
• Given the nature of strategic leadership, what role does your personal faith play in supporting strategic leadership? If you are not a person of faith, then respond to the following: what role does your personal ethical commitments, character, or values play in supporting strategic leadership?
• As a leader, what role do you believe religious faith can or should play in the organization as a resource for social networks, social capital, knowledge, etc? Explain.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
