The Senior Technology Lead role is aimed at organising, tracking, and executing the various software based development projects undertaken by the company. The Senior Technology Lead is responsible for motivating, overseeing, and enabling the timely development of deliverables and is ultimately responsible for the ownership of the project's technical results.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage a team of engineers across mobile, web, and backend technologies.

2. Mentor other engineering department heads and managers, guiding them through their career growth and skill development

3. Properly manage the codebase and development tools accounts and access control

4. Step into projects as needed to build solutions or remove roadblocks

5. Be responsible for the technical outcomes of the company's projects, how they are delivered, and the quality of delivery.

6. Engage and drive technical architecture, design and discussions.

7. Drive the technical roadmap and vision of the company.

8. Collaborate with other teams within the company, including but not limited to - the Product, UX, Marketing, Sales, Technical Support, and Business teams Education and/or Experience:

9. Min. 8+ years of experience in the IT industry

10. Experience in both Back end and Front End programming languages.

11. Experience with Agile Methods (Scrum), especially as it relates to project-level information and reporting.

12. Strong organisational skills and comfort with detailed information, including financial, and technical tasks as well as deliverables/action items.

13. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.

14. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
