Scenario
Argosy Electronics is expanding its operations and looking to hire several strong executives to help fuel its expansion. The electronics industry is a volatile one with constant mergers and acquisitions occurring as a prime method of developing market share. Cliff Johnson is a strong candidate for the job of SVP (senior vice president) of Sales. You are his attorney representing him in the negotiations for the job.
In addition, you must appropriately cite all resources used in your responses and document in a bibliography.
Task
• Describe in detail the executive benefits program you will propose for Cliff.
• What protections can you provide him against the loss of his job due to merger of Argosy with another firm?
