Many people walked through the library while Goldy was studying, and some of them carried things with them. One person carried a circular orange ball, one person carried a rectangular green book, and one person carried a purple triangular hat. When Goldy looked up from his book to grab a new pencil, he saw those three people and their objects for just a moment, without taking any time to focus his attention on them, before looking back down at his book.
