Do you think buyers should be able to make a budget? If you were to make a budget for yourself, would you actually stick to it? It is interesting when people make a budget for themselves how the miss judge how much they actually spend. For my part I have my clients write down everything they spend money on as they go for a month to see where their money actually goes. Try if for a week and see how much money slips through your fingers.
