There can be up to 18 sections defined in a Project Management Plan (Section 4.2.3 of the PMBOK).
o Describes what needs to be included in the Project Management Plan
A. Discuss how the PMP is used to keep the project within scope, schedule, cost and quality agreements.
B. Include a section on project cost management concepts which includes their terms and their function. Topics discussed must include:
a. Net Present Value Analysis
b. Return on Investment
c. Payback Analysis
d. Balanced scorecard
e. The Weighted Scoring Model
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
