Problem
The vice president of Operations is concerned about the proposed approach of using Agile. You are tasked with creating a short paper sometimes called a "fact sheet" or "information paper" that will present and defend the use of Agile. It should be no more than two pages. In this information paper, you will describe the differences between Agile and waterfall. You will highlight the impact on scope, roles, and responsibilities in Agile. Specifically, you must explain how business requirements are captured in traditional project management versus how they are captured in Agile/Scrum project management. The VP of Operations is the target audience for this information paper.
The response must include a reference list. Using one-inch margins, double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
