We discussed in the class that inflation rate for 2009 was negative. Please, write a one page, font size 11, and 1.5 space line describing this phenomena. What might cause a negative inflation? What are the consequences of having a negative inflation in the economy? Is it good or bad to have an economy with negative inflation?
