Abstract
Take a look at your research project and write about 11-13 sentences (give or take a few) based on these
• 1 to 2 sentences about the topic in general - what might be broadly interesting to a non-scientist?
• 1 to 2 sentences focusing on some things that are known and what is not known. This "not known" should connect with the next section, that is "we don't know this, so let's study it!"
• 1 sentence: What was purpose of the project - what problem or idea did you begin with?
• 1 sentence: What was your experimental hypothesis or goal?
• 2 sentences: How did you test your hypothesis? (Think methods and measurements here).
• 2 sentences: What were your results?
• 2 sentences: What can you conclude about these results?!
• 1 sentences: What should we do next? (Teasers for the sequel!)
