A. Lean supply chain management focuses on cost and waste reduction. An agile supply chain emphasizes adaptability. Using this case as the context, discuss the advantages of both these approaches and how Apple implemented them in their supply chain.
B. Discuss the challenges that COVID-19 posed/poses to the iPhone supply chain. What measures did/is Apple take/taking to cope with these challenges?
