Problem
One key aspect of building a resume is knowing "Why You". Why should they hire you? What makes you qualified for this position? What sets you apart from other applicants competing for the same position? Etc. Once you have a clear answer for those questions, successful resumes use that as a basis for ALL the resume entries. Each resume item should support/explain/illustrate your Why You answers.

• Show two items from your resume with the bullet items below each item title. BUT be sure to develop those descriptions in a way that showcases Why You.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
