This problem is taken from page 17 of Russell Willerton's Plain Language and Ethical Action: A Dialogic Approach to Technical Content in the 21st Century (in UHD e-library). Read the chapter and then think of a BUROC situation that you have faced. What was the situation? Which parts of the BUROC situation were most salient or prominent in the situation? What information did you get, and how was it used? How did you respond to the situation, and how do you feel now as you reflect on the situation?
