Organizations are continuing to incorporate use of blogs and social media. Can you think of any organizations that use it exceptionally well? Do any companies have a blog or social media presence but do a poor job of adding content or engaging users? In your main post I would like you to provide two examples of an organization that handles this well and another example of a company that does not. Please tell us what makes these organizations use of media good or bad.
