From a manager's point of view discuss what you would do with a worker who walked to work after experiencing a car accident on the way into work. they were cleared by medical experts on the scene, but this worker decided to walk the rest of the way to work. What level of the hierarchy would that worker most likely occupy and decide if you would send them home from work or keep them on the job. Why?
