We have talked about several leadership theories in this course. It is not uncommon for a leader to exhibit many different parts of leadership theories in your leadership style. What leadership theory or theories do you most align with and why? Is complexity leadership theory a style you would use, and what are some of the traits of complexity leadership that cross over to other leadership styles? Your leadership style can come from the leadership styles presented in this course or another leadership style discussed in scholarly sources. You may primarily align with one leadership style but have some traits or characteristics from another leadership style.
