Discussion Post: Effective Leader
Ideas about what makes a leader effective evolve as the needs of the organization change. While "command-and-control" styles of management were considered appropriate in the last century, contemporary leadership styles require different styles and skills. What kinds of styles and skills are considered important in today's turbulent marketplace? Do you see many people with these qualities in your own environment?
