Discussion Post: French and Raven's Five Bases of Social Power
a) Identify ways in which French and Raven's Five Bases of Social Power are used in your organization (or in an organization with which you are familiar).
b) Address the bases of power individually, not just in general.
c) Evaluate whether or not these bases of power are used effectively or not.
d) Does the use of each base result in compliance, commitment, or resistance?
