The class is Creative and innovation. What kind of tools we learned in the class were “Four sight Thinking Profile Assessment”, “Creative problem -solving process (CPS)”, “Disruptive Innovation”, “Creative Leadership”.
Basically, course objectives are understand the definitions of the terms cretivety and innovation and be able to distinguish between the two.
Identify the barriers and growth opportunities for personal creativity
Identify the dynamics of creative leadership and how to faciliate creativity and innovation within various contexts.
The case we did was by using CPS analysis, we solved how to find a fulfilling job after graduation.
