ThreeForks Restaurant
Complete the Assignment based on the scenario. The ThreeForks Restaurant (3Forks)is located at the fork of a river on 5 acres with four mature oak trees. The potential new owners, Henri and Lila, want to purchase this restaurant/bar and make improvements.
But first they must do some homework to determine what is included in this property and what is not.
Look at the pictures provided in the scenario and help them out by responding to the checklist items below in a minimum of 1½ pages in essay and APA format and citation style.
An essay has three sections: The introduction, the main body, and the final conclusion.
Hint: If you get stuck when writing the introduction try this: respond to the questions in this assignment first, then draw your conclusions and then go back and write your introduction.

What items would be considered personal property, and why?
How would they determine the boundaries of their land?
How would the legal description of the property differ if this property were located in Pennsylvania as opposed to California?
How will they determine the type of estate they would be purchasing?
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
1. The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
