Assignment: Group Report on the Edge
Read the book "the Edge. Prepare your report following ‘Executive Summary' structure - make it short and down to your points all supporting contents (e.g., extra information you researched) at the end of your report as appendix (with proper references following APA format if needed). Limit the length of your report within about 2 pages using Times & Roman, 11-point font, and 1.5 line spacing with 1' margin all around.
Part 2: Implementation of Solution and Results ?Covers chapters 7 through 13
1) How does the implementation of the solution(s) pan out?
2) What works out well? What goes wrong? Any additional fixes added and/or ?change of plans/strategies in the middle of implementation?
3) Are there any other implementation approaches (than what the company?utilize) you would like to try to get the results?
4) Are there any topics/points/approaches/outcome measures described in the book?that are related to subject matters covered in class?
5) Are there any similarities in implementation of solution and results from the book?that you can relate to your ownorganization? If so, elaborate (with identity of organization/entity hidden if needed).
