Journal Problem: Growth Mindset and Career Success
Growth mindset is the idea that you can do something. By simply adding the word yet to a sentence, you can change your thoughts from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset. For example, "I can't manage my time well" vs "I can't manage my time well, yet." After reviewing this resources on the growth vs. fixed mindset, we now understand how our thinking can influence the successes we achieve and how we overcome and view previous challenges.
