Problem: What is the ultimate goal of the business according to The Goal? You say it's more important to focus on the outcome than the process. When you say process are you referencing throughput? I believe there is no way that you can 'manage' the outcome without focusing on the throughput...and finding ways to increase it....at least from a systems thinking perspective. What are your thoughts?
