What is the vision of an enlightened person

Problem

a) After reading The Wisdom of No Escape, spend at least 3 days throughout the week at 15 minutes each time, practicing the meditation/mindfulness processes Chodron describes throughout her book. Sit in a good posture. Breathe in and out. Focus on your out-breath. Be aware of it as it leaves you. Then let it go. When you have thoughts pop into your mind, name them "Thinking", and let them go. Practice "Precision, Gentleness, and Letting Go". What is the point of such meditation according to Chodron? How did it make you feel? Reflect on this experience in your post.

b) In one full page describe the vision of the human being that Chodron describes in The Wisdom of No Escape. What is the human condition? What is the vision of an "enlightened" person? What is the path to such enlightenment?
