1) Choose two major trends you believe will be important in the future of health care delivery. Defend your choices and consider the rationale of your classmates. How so?
2) What is the relationship between strategy and marketing? Is it possible to have a good strategy and poor marketing results? What about the other way around? Is it possible to have good marketing with a poorly conceived strategic plan?
3) How do you see strategic planning as helpful to address the trends you identified in question 1? Suggest at least one opportunity (this would be the 'O' in a SWOT analysis) a healthcare organization has in that area.
