b. What is the potential Fiscal Impact of the legislation?

c. In summary what does the bill intend to accomplish?

d. What is the language change accomplish? What is really changing from the present law?

g. Do you read the changes as more restrictive or less restrictive for person involved in the crime?

h. What flexibility does the change provide?

i. Generally what additional requirements are put on law enforcement agencies?
