What is the max speed that the air can attain

Sea-level air is drawn from the atmosphere through a duct and into a vacuum tank. If the air remains a perfect gas at all temperatures, and if it can be expanded reversibly, what is the max speed that the air can attain? If the max airspeed of 100 m/s is desired, what is the temperature to which the air must be heated before entering the duct?
