Part 1 :
Have you had a "lollipop" moment? Were you the giver or receiver and how did that affect you?
Part 2:
Think of a person in a leadership role that has impacted you positively or negatively. This person could be your current supervisor, former supervisor, or someone who works in the organization that you work for. Answer the following questions.
1. What is the leader's style of leadership. Give an example.
2. Does this person impact you positively or negatively? Explain your reasoning.
3. Would you consider this person a model or mistake of leadership?
4. Do you think people are really as important to an organization as the chapter in your textbook seemed to indicate?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
