What is the difference between bryophytes and tracheophytes?

Bryophytes are nonvascular plants (mosses, hornworts, liverworts), i.e., they do not have a conductive system for transport of water, sugar and nutrients. Tracheophyte plants are vascular plants, they have conductive structures.
