What is the diagnosis code submitted for procedural scenario

Problem

Procedure Performed: Transabdominal cervical cerclage (TCC)

Procedure: Under general anesthesia, the abdomen was opened using a transverse suprapubic incision. The vesical peritoneum overlying the lo vvwer uterine segment was divided transversely. The bladder and paravesical tissues were pushed caudally until the supravaginal cervix could be seen and palpated in the midline with good exposure laterally. The uterine vessels were displaced laterally, opening the paracervical connective tissue space. The needle was passed anteroposteriorly through the paracervical vessels immediately adjacent to the cervix at the level of the cervicoisthmic junction superior to the medial insertions of the uterosacral ligaments, care being taken to retract the uterine vessels laterally and to guide the needle tip with fingers behind the broad ligament. Before being pulled through completely, the band width of the tape was verified as being flush with the anterior cervicoisthmic tissues. The knot was tied and the patient extubated and transfered to the recorvery room in stable condition. What is the ICD10CM code?

Information is not documented whether the patient is currently pregnant. Based upon this lack of documentation, code this scenario as non-obstetric.

What is the ICD10CM diagnosis code submitted for this procedural scenario? (Remember to look for the "reason" for the procedure to obtain the ICD10CM code.)
