In this discussion board you will select two competitors from the country uou have chosen for your global expansion opportunity. After you have made your selection you will conduct a SWOT analysis for each competitor. Please consider the following as you are working through each your SWOT analyses.
• Are there areas from the SWOT that reveal a way for you to help Ferrer's gain competitive access to the market in a short amount of time?
• Is the market as a whole struggling? It is a successful market?
• How much has the furniture industry in your respective markets been impacted in trying to operate in a post COVID-19 market?
• What is the best strategic approach for your market?
In terms of your decision on whether form a competitive strategy and or a strategic alliance what would this mean for Ferrer in terms of how it has positioned its brand in the domestic market--would a brand position shift be needed?
