What is similar in their imagery diction or repetition

Problem

I. In Matthew 5-7, we hear the famous "Sermon on the Mount." Compare how the first twelve lines use paradox and binaries in a way familiar to how we saw Laozi use them in the Dadejing. What is similar in their imagery, diction, or repetition? What is different? Do you think they ultimate represent matching worldviews or clashing worldviews? (500 words)

II. Laozi and Jesus are both seen as rebellious figures among more conservative traditions of their time (Confucianism, orthodox Judaism). What about their opinions, views and values do you find possibly radical or shocking? What do you find mysterious or confusing? (200 words)

III. Though Laozi and Jesus never explicitly talk at length about Love (in the Greco-Roman sense of Homer, Sappho, Virgil) or War (in the Homeric and Virgilian sense) as we have seen so far. What quotes can you choose from both Daodejing and The Gospel of Matthew to speculate on how these texts might differ from Homer and Sappho on the themes of love and war? (500 words)

Reference from the Mathew (5-7), {The Sermon on the Mount} and Laozi from the Daodejing.
