Find and contact a student/employee in an organization who is from another country whose business has Japanese dealings (You can use this resource in addition to the academic sources). Then, answer the following in a detailed 2 to 3 page report:
1. How does the American stereotype of the culture of Japanese firms and the real culture compare?
2. What is it really like to work for large Japanese firms?
3. For small Japanese subcontractors?
4. What does the future hold for Japan and Japanese management approaches?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
