Dominic wishes to buy a new iPHONE and visits DAVID JONES to inspect their range of products. One particular model the "DELUX SPECIAL" is on sale and is displayed with a sign stating;
" Special Offer only $500 "
Dominic thinks that this is an excellent bargain so he takes one from the display and then goes to the sales counter and tells the cashier that he will purchase this item for $500.
Just before he hands over his money he then remembers that he saw the " DELUX SPECIAL " on sale just last week at another retailer for only $400.So Dominic then tells the cashier that he has changed his mind and that he does not want to continue with the purchase.
But the cashier then tells him "...no I am sorry but it is too late,....you have to buy this iPHONE now....you are legally committed..."
