After reviewing, explain the impact of the selected topic/change initiative on your state, region, or local community. Provide appropriate citations and references.

In 2 to 3 paragraphs, reflect on the process of identifying needs, finding supporting research, and presenting information to support or change perspectives.

• How does setting priorities relate to advocacy (see Thinking Skills video), and why is informative/explanatory writing a useful communication tool for advocates (see Writing Skills video)?
