Problem
Student groups are to compile a research portfolio on one of the following emerging market multinational enterprises (EMNEs) from Asia, namely Alibaba, Haier, Samsung, Tata, Bharti AirTel, Huawei, Pearl River Piano, Uniqlo and AmorePacific. The case study analysis is to focus on three of the following seven themes for: l Corporate culture l Corporate Governance l Corporate social responsibility l Internatioinalization (e.g. entries and operations in international markets) l Leadership l Marketing . After discussing the three themes for your selected company, you are expected to sum up by answering the following question: l What have been the distinctive features of your selected company as a multinational enterprise that is originated from emerging markets in Asia?
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
