People talk about a boom in the housing market. Who specifically is helped by this boom? Consider real-estate agents, current homeowners, home builders, banks or financing institutions, and newly married couples who want to buy a home. Now consider what happens if the economy is booming, but the housing market starts to stumble. What happens to the groups you discussed earlier? Assume the housing market is booming, but the economy starts to go into a recession. What groups would be hurt by this? What would this likely do to the housing market?
