Assignment task: There has been an explosion in online sales in North America in the past few years, and almost everybody has purchased something online at one time or another.
In thinking about some of the e-business sites you use, consider the following questions:
a. What features make you choose to do business with an online vendor? What features or aspects make you leery about dealing with one?
b. Are there products or services you would never purchase online? Why?
c. What makes online shopping, useful, enjoyable, and fun for you? What types of offers or features encourage you to shop online?
