Problem: Reflect on a work team you are, or were, a member. If you do not have any team experience you may interview someone who has. Write a journal entry that includes the following:
1. Provide an overview of the team: purpose, goals, and members (positions). Note whether it is a project team or an ongoing team.
2. Did your team collaborate and leverage different perspectives? If so, what aspects of the team allowed or encouraged this to happen? If not, what prevented this from transpiring?
3. Was the team effective? Why or why not.
Journal entries should be at least 3 paragraphs with 3 - 4 sentences per paragraph.
