Let's assume that you have graduated and received offers from two companies. Company A offer a compensation package for $65,000 per year and has a well-respected leadership program. It has a successful leader and she is known for her transformational leadership style. Company B, which doesn't have a formal leadership program and has higher employee turnover, has been known to flip managers regularly but pays extremely well. The offer from Company B is $90,000 per year. Assume they are both located in a mid-west city with a cost of living comparable to Erie.
