According to statement, does it seem like a justifiable claim? What evidence would you give for (or against) it?
Anticipating a time when science is no longer regarded as a trustworthy and unique source of insight into the world, the 19th century German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche wrote (in a book entitled "Human, All Too Human"):
"If the methods of science were lost, nothing would prevent a new resurgence of superstition and nonsense."
