Problem
Lincoln's Nintendo Switch breaks, so he decides to go to the local electronics store and buy a new one. As he is approaching the store, Beau saunters over from a nearby alley and asks him if he wants to buy a brand-new Switch for ten dollars. Suspicious of the price, Lincoln asks Beau to see the Switch. He hands it to him, and he notices that the box looks like it has been tampered with and a price tag removed. Lincoln shrugs, takes ten dollars out of his wallet and hands it to Beau in exchange for the Switch. Did Lincoln commit a crime in this scenario?
