Problem
Tim decides he wants to get rid of all the reminders of his ex-girlfriend. Tim piles all the photographs, gifts, and clothing items that are connected to his relationship with his ex into a trashcan in his backyard and burns them. He goes back inside to play video games. While he's inside, the wind picks up and carries some embers from the trashcan to his neighbor's garage. The garage ignites and burns to the ground. Has Tim committed arson? If so, at what point his crime begin? If not, what element is missing?
