• High-Performing, Value-Added, Self-Managed, Work Team [HPVASMWT], and a
• High-Performing, Value-Added, Self-Directed, Team Member.

These are 2 separate, but interconnected elements which are to be included in this part of your paper. These need to be discussed as 2 separate items.

These will define the set of characteristics your team and team members should strive for during this course and transfer to the entire program.
