School violence has become one of society's greatest fears and in particular school shootings. In this discussion, I would like you to first identify some of the root causes of school violence.
Then building on the school climate discussion, what can be done from that perspective that could reduce school related violence.
Last, based on what we know about school violence and ways to prevent it, what are your thoughts on having more armed personnel, including teachers, in the schools? Will this reduce school violence? Will this improve school climate?
