1. Assume you are the Supply Chain Manager for VASA. Your CEO, Garces Castiella, has tasked you to look at and analyze the available data and provide him with the EVIDENCE he needs to counter the transportation companies' claims that the delivery performance problems were the fault of the customers and of VASA itself. What does your analysis of the data reveal in this matter?
2. In relation to question #1, what specific changes and improvements do you recommend VASA make?
3. In relation to question #2, propose an implementation plan using the recommendations you defined in your prior answer. Be specific in regards to steps of implementation and a time frame in which you would expect to see intended results (you can make a table/chart if you so choose). Briefly describe any potential personnel issues you think may potentially arise from the implementation of new policy and how you would address said issues.
