o Look up sentencing guidelines for a crime of your choice in your state. What is your reaction to the guidelines? Are they fair? How would you change them if you could?
o Use the most current FBI Uniform Crime Reports (UCR) data to lookup patterns and trends of property crimes and violent crimes in your state. What does the data tell you about the trends? Why might the trends be going the way they are?
