Write a brief critique of the state of rehabilitation in correctional settings and its impact on recidivism, particularly for inmates with mental health needs.

a. Identify at least three specific challenges to rehabilitative programming.
b. Describe at least two treatment methods that have been shown to assist in reducing recidivism.
