Problem
There are many efforts to increase diversity within existing Canadian institutions (e.g., the House of Commons, the Senate, the courts, etc.). What do you think can and cannot be accomplished through these efforts? Do you think it is sufficient to try to increase diversity within existing institutions, or is something more needed? If so, what?
